From what i understand the initial outlay is quite substantial but the operating costs are minimal next to the traditional method. I don't have any proof to back this up but i believe it because of the high amount of automation within the system. Realistically though, does anyone believe the prices will sink below $1 while the stock piles are so low. I can’t see it happening any time soon.
Jet does raise a good point though, and I think this is one of the few ways INL could end up flopping.
