yes B.N.Y. maybe causing some of this....they are the ADR sponsors here in the US. I've been trying to top off in the recent past and hundreds or a few thousand ADR's traded back when it was $18 for 3 days (5 shares of Silex) and yet my orders at $18 never went through...I think B.N.Y. is skimming some off the top since this is a pink sheet here in the U.S. and you can not get a live quote!
