Yes it's a good ann. but it's blue sky ie it could produce the goods sometime in the future which, in the present environment, is not a cause to jump in and buy. Therefore there is no lift in price. However on the bright side, people are selling because there are buyers. I suspect those buyers are picking up shares at a bargain price because they see the potential in this stock. Anyone who has followed Petratherm will know that some of that potential is not so far off.
