    The more you look into IPP's market (or potential markets), the more you realise Grove dropped has dropped the ball at different times.

    Looking at the Philippines for example, IPP had an interest (admittedly only 25%) in a Phillipines property portal (now at iproperty.ph) that was about in 2008, but which they shelved when Simon Baker became Chairman (as I understand it).

    Anyway, the leading property portal in the Phillipines, MyProperty, didn't even launch there until July 2010...their site looks nice, very well presented, as does their Car website which launched in September 2012.

    Anyway, just some background research I was doing, seeing what other opportunities were out there - the pie could have been so much bigger!
