and its ower Mr Tabatabaei appears to be reponsible for the "missing Iranian oil rig" scandal,

The authoritis should check if the claimed 2 independent companies providing very low estimates for LKO about the rehabilitation costs
are Tabatabaei companiens like ENEXD Group and Bellevue consulting
