Israel struck an ambulance in Gaza City on Friday that it claimed was carrying militants, but which Gaza health authorities said was evacuating injured people from the north to the south of the besieged territory.
Ashraf al-Qidra, spokesperson for the health ministry in Gaza, said the ambulance was part of a convoy that Israel targeted leaving Al-Shifa Hospital, adding that at least 15 people were killed and 60 wounded.
Mr al-Qidra said Israel had targeted the convoy of ambulances in more than one location, including at Al-Shifa Hospital gate and at Ansar Square a kilometre away.

come on people.... this isn't just aiming for terrorists or leaders in some office under a hospital. this is ambulances.
even with eyeballs on the street they couldn't be certain Hamas forces were in a the ambulance and not some kid that had half his leg blown off.
Israel is not playing according to the international accepted rules of war. they seem to me to want to do maximum damage top the Gaza people. it seems to me they are out just to kill people who aren't involved in the conflict. perhaps they think by killing randoms that Hamas leadership will feel shame at those deaths and wounded through random shelling of missiles..... but if Hamas are true to form they are killers and killers don't really care.
