Padulla sounds the one.

Too many targets were being drilled with too measly a reward to get anywhere as well.

I got in late 03, liked what happened with Worrier and when they started adding reserves topped up big early 06, great talk of a mini-refinery etc, escaped around July when the story started to fall apart. Too much bs, would probably never again trust Tino enough to buy. But I do suspect his skills might be better suited to a diesel terminal.
