Having reviewed the F605 filed on 14 July I note that the former substantial holder disposed of 10mm shares on 11 July when AED resumed trading. It appears that this holder also sold 813K on 21 June and 136K on 22 June and may have been responsible in part at least for depressing the SP resulting in the cancellation of the previous CR at 12.5cps and depressed the SP on 11 July after Sprott Asset was identified as the new investor. It now looks like the market is playing catch up and the new CR has been done at a steal for holders. Unfortunately this has resulted in the massive dilution that will occur.
