To my way of thinking if HAW got 20 mill off LCY & got LCY's 251 million shares back instead of the 15 mill off the chinese they would be much better off & in control of their own destiny & can do whatever they wish goldwise.
They wouldn't even have to mine anything for years...that 20 mill would pay their wages for a very longtime.
Just my Humble opinion....
