Appreciate the diplomatic approach and yes I'm speculating that Haw have better options than selling their 40% MB stake for $10 mil even if they have no intention of fully developing the project it is an investment for the future.
How many people here sell stock/investments at market bottom?
My guess is very little, only people who are cashed strapped and this certainly does not apply to Haw, who currently have more liquitity than Lcy.
