At the end of the day Perth FX - the market is on an upward trend. That is a fact and the rest pure speculation.
Additionally you guys are being a tad free with the truth in factoring in inflation to diminish the returns.
If I borrow 100k to buy 100k. Over 2 years if you take off inflation on growth then have the integrity to take of the effects of inflation on the debt.
