Add increased pdn to increased prices (on average)and I think you might find we are making enough to digest Potash using 2 years profit.
Demand for potash would be increasing even if agricultural output was static because natural K in soil is being used up so long term strategy very sound.
Think if you want this share cheaply you have about 1.5 hrs to get it
