Is it a buy?

I've read with interest the last few topics / posts including the ones that highlighted JC's history with 3D printing.

On one hand, I wonder if there is ill-intent by one or more board members with regards to the company's longevity i.e. do they intend to invoke early VA or insolvency which would profit them and leave retail investors high and dry?  I am unlearned in these matters of unethical corporate behaviour,  and whether it's even possible for boards to do as I suggested,  but clearly it goes on, the recent dick smith saga is one example that stinks of ill-intent.

On the other hand, it seems oversold, and below is the director's interest  over that last two years.  This screams a buy to me, even with the looming gov't review of imaging.  Of particular interest is Andrew Demetrious's purchase on 29 Oct 15, approx one year after he joined the company.  He's obviously not stupid, and did not take an interest straight away but did so a year afterward at around 0.40c.
