The market has priced Capitol Health as if expecting the company to shrivel up and die. So if the next quarterly (or FY) results can demonstrate that we're actually doing okay, I'd expect a huge rise in SP from the relief factor alone. Unless I've missed something, the company itself is not doing anywhere near as badly as the SP would suggest.
