Is it a buy?

I almost hesitate to put the question.
But with it's network of stores & brands and its cashflow it must be worth
more than the current price to somebody out there.
Let's see, we had Fantastic Furniture go to Steinhoff for a good price. (We won't mention what might be going down now). Nobody wanted Dick Smith. Just Jeans went to Sol and look what he's done with it. Noni B was flogged off and I think it's OK (not sure). There must be lot's more in the retail sector that have been transformed.
