RRS did say in the latest ann " 4 weeks " which means end Nov.

And considering the very recent indications of a done PSA...you may be right about Nov 15

Reading the above commentary on the meeting in English means the locals are all for CXM/RRS proceeding.

The PSA is a formality probably agreed upon weeks ago. Hence the cup celebrations.

Note the references to Canmex and Range in the lingo.

The initial JV is the jewell that enables an AIM listing , which we would all prefer this year.

RRS, after JV signing, need to give 2 weeks notice in order to AIM list.

All we are waiting for is for the PSA to be sorted out.

CXM are clearly happy and proceeding.

All parties just want to get on with it from what I see.

So, for Dec AIM list.... then from what I can see :

JV must be signed by Nov 22 approx to allow for the year end crazy rush etc.

After approx Nov 22 and we are looking later Jan.
