is it a good buy

Lmr, have small parcel . sqr, pax already scare me. But ;lmr have no debt. why it is going down, any idea , I checked last q 20 m in bank and seems good project and last ann , made no difference to sp. If it goes 0.045 as someone want to buy 2 shares there. Would be very good value. Amazing kdr , sbr pex, not much money but pump great. Any advice Is it good buy or not at this price to average down or wait for 0.045 .
