go look over stock tipper chart PEN is 21st on the list...in my opinion it should be near number 1 after the ANN today, i feel that in a short time your 3.7 buy will be miniscural and you will look back at your original question and say...gee did i really ask that...go with your gut feeling my friend but if i where you i would hold on..not sure how many you got but the next few days weeks will be very good for PEN holders, do some research check out other companies in the same game and look at there resource as in U3O8 held as opposed to what PEN announced today and im sure it will hit you sooner or later.
