1c will value the company at about $600K,
0.5c at $300K and 0.2c at $120K.
We currently have over $3Mill in the bank so I very much doubt it. Even if the company does nothing, they should still have just under $3Mill in the bank come Jan so you have no idea at all.
Why waste you time down ramping on a stock you don't own?
