Thank you to all respondents. I always buy on fundamentals but try complement this with TA for adjusting entry/exit price.

I pay special attention to cap raisings as their impact on SP is massive. Not to mention the ability to buy under-subscribed shares cheap, which contributed substantially to my profits so far.

In particular, I wouldn't like to be heavily long in any REITs that are yet to do a cap raise.
