It could be FOMO - if there is a release after ASX and before LSE, then LSE could go crazy tonight, plus there are 3 days with chance of announcement to develop before ASX opens again Monday - I say a few people wanted in at whatever price (within reason) - look at the buyers/sellers ratio at 8+.
