TV105'S post is not specific. The only thing that comes to mind is the possible requirement for more capital and with a share price around the $4.50 mark , CDU operates from a strong position.

Our neighbours QMN and GBZ have both had capital raisings recently.

QMN issued 115,200,000 shares equivalent to 17.34% of the company to raise $3,801,600.

GBZ have issued 20,000,000 shares in the first tranch with an option period for the taking up of a further 41.4 million shares which, if acted upon , would raise a total of $3.1 million and this would equate to 19.9% of GBZ.

If there is to be a capital raising by CDU,the percentage of the company sold would be nowhere near that of our neighbours and it is desirable to keep it that way by maintaining the share price at the highest level possible.
