I can not see anything to be positive about YET !!!

The great hope was REMEDI yet the only deal they had has been withdrawn.

BDT are now launching a NEW range of NDI cameras trying to get back to the glory days of 2021. The problem here is 2 fold IMO. firstly Audinate have succesfuly launched DANTE AV, Secondly, the BDT hardware is NO LONGER required to implement NDI, which means anybody can do it,

In other words there are NO COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE..I expect 100's of Chinese camera manufactures at NAB selling NDI cameras.

During the presentation CEO boasted that they had cleared the "OLD" Bolin cameras and are taking orders for the "NEW" range which is expected to start shipping during Q4...to me that says Q3 is a wipe out.

Now that BDT has cleared inventory the Q3 loss will drop to the bottom line.I expect a 2H24 LOSS $6-8M. Which will reduce cash to $15m, or -25%.

This is not to mention the contingent liability of the Aus litigation which looks like $12-13mThat takes cash to zero so what do we have:

1. No IP (other than the brand and logo
2. A delusional Board
3. A CEO who can not work out that HE is Ultimately responsible
4. A CFO who can nod better than a Labour Party back bencher in Parliament

I suggest caution, there are plenty of better companies on the ASX to invest in!!!
