there is simply no escaping the fact that they are being sued for a $8m usd which will seemingly
chew up all their remaining cash if they lose...
they lost $1m a month from June to December. probably safe to assume they will lose at least another $3m from January to March.
cash balances maintaining while posting such significant losses only means one thing - they are selling inventory at a loss or really low margins. once they are out of inventory the company is headed for disaster. even if they do release new products that lawsuit of $8m usd is not going away.
