As shareholders, we are not privy to BOD discussions and commercial in confidence negotiations. So yes, we put our faith in the BOD because we have to trust they are moving the chess pieces with the big picture in their sights. unfortunately we cannot see it.
if you don't trust them or don't have the stomach for it, cash in your chips and go.
Somehow I doubt the BOD are progressing down this path with their eyes closed.
