That may, or may not, be true. We haven't been provided a full list of milestones. The IMU release says:"Up to US$198 million performance-based payments over the development life of azer-cel linked to the achievement of certain value-inflection development milestones, including approval in multiple indications and sales in US and EU."

Payments over development life, for instance could mean payments at commencement and completion of trials (eg, the first one being the $8 million on completion of phase 1b dosing), approvals by FDA or other bodies etc. For sure some as stated are about sales, but i think there will be some due well before IMU is generating any cash from this asset.
