Who said the Acer-Cel clinical trials will cost $96M USD this year? IMU would have calculated the cost to advance this clinical trials and acquisition and decided they need $60M, hence the CR but this isn't the cost for the entire year (no doubt more CR is required further down the track to advance this clinical trial).
