    Joe, imo unforeseens will always be there for small cap miners

    There is no JORC defined resource - a key imo for valuation

    A steady state of production is imo difficult to forward estimate

    imo,

    Like many have stated the gold has been there for ages - extracting it at a profit over time is not as easy as many think
