Why would it be 'propped up'?
If my approximate calculations are correct, the company will be re-rated. Using the previous example of approximately $51 million as gross profit from the Mt Kasi Gold Project, if you divide that by 285 million shares (currently on issue), then the price could be approximately 17c not approximately 2c.
If you add on another 85 million shares from the current share purchase plan (if filled), to the existing 285 million, it becomes 370 million shares on issue.
Divide $51 million by 370 million shares, then the price is approximately 13c.
So why would it need to be 'propped up'?
It seems to me that while some people are obviously negative towards bks, alot of other people, by doing research and getting professional advice, that while speculative, it may be of interest to them.
Look at the latest news releases. They are very positive. The current drilling in the Mbete prospect could result in something substantial.
We will have to wait and see.
Constructive comments & discussion please.
