While I wouldn't go so far as to say Sipa is mining its shareholders, I certainly would like to see some of our directors with more skin in the game. Heck, I'd like to see some of them with ANY skin in the game.

Looking down the list of directors' shares in the company, it's quite depressing. I own more shares in Sipa than most of the company's directors do. It's easier than you think - two of them own nothing, zilch, nada. Another has a measly $11,252 in his company's shares.

You can have all the boardroom briefings you want, but when directors keep their money invested somewhere other than their own company, it tells a very different story in my opinion. And yes, I've gone on about this before. And I'll keep going on about it until it changes.
