I couldn't agree more with that. I think all concerned shareholders should email, phone and constantly badger the company until the directors buy more shares on market, for the sake of perception, if nothing else. I also think the media would be interested in a story about small caps where directors draw a wage for basically doing nothing whilst refusing to commit a single cent to the company they're allegedly representing.
