MK has been using TTY funds in an attempt to stop MON from failing. TTY took up the rights issue shortfall at 45 cents because almost nobody else was prepared to provide any further financial support for MON.

TTY shareholders have been pouring money into MON to help MK keep MON from closing and they haven't had any say about it. The TTY board has also used TTY funds to support other companies in which MK is a director & major shareholder - for example MAL.
