My take on RXL is...
- Assuming that they only have 840 000oz (70% of 1 200 000oz) then the EV/oz according to my calcs is $125.90/oz, which really isn't onerous given that we do know that there is more gold than this, think Grace.
- RXL would be a perfect fit for the RMS/SPX company, with RMS having paid a high amount per oz for SPX knowing that there is more gold under the SPX ground (as there is under RXL's). RMS trucks drive straight past RXL.
- "As outlined in previous releases the company had planned to undertake diamond drilling to better characterise the Grace prospect mineralisation. The scope of the diamond program has been expanded to include targeting Grace mineralisation at depth. Including drilling from the Western Side of the main pit to depths of around 500m below surface" 28/7/20
- "The results from the oxide, transitional and fresh zones at Grace are exceptionally encouraging with gold recoveries averaging 97%, 94% and 95% respectively" 1/7/20
- My calc of RXL's value is 8.7c using only the 840 000oz and ignoring the nickel project.
