Today's increase is speculators who know an announcement is due in next week or so and just trying to get in for a quick trade imo.
I also think they need to buy out their JV partner,maybe for $10M,funding it by a rights offer to existing shareholders, then put some feelers out to RMS to see if they are interested in buying out the gold assets with maybe a script offer of 1 rms share for every 20 Rox shares for the gold assets then Rox to continue on as a Nickle play and everybody wins.
I do hold both RMS and RXL but trying not to favour either company, just suggesting what will unlock shareholder value.
