    $2Billion over 20 years with a company that had to change it's website the day after the announcement because it made the company looked like a backyard operation. What about the 6 month delay? Or was that on the company who retreated on the finance deal?

    I have contacts in China and YXGC is regarded as a small operator that certainly doesn't have the funds to support the costings for that agreement.
