    "If there was a shortage then WHY did the silver price collapse?"

    The paper market collapsed. The same market backed by 1 oz Silver for every 100 oz traded. Not physical silver at all.

    "There is NO shortage of above ground silver. I repeat...THERE IS NO SHORTAGE OF ABOVE GROUND SILVER!.....It is a myth!"

    You may be right but how do you know this or can you prove it??
