    once properties are revalued upwards, then the loans will not be breaking covenenats, then the income doesnt all have to be put off loans, that means the surplus income can be paid as distributions again.

    It maybe simplistic but it could happen sooner than later.

    Remember aez are still receiving rents , they have not halved.
