It's been a long time since this was speculated on; in fact it was 2003 however some similarities are starting to appear.
There was talk back in 03 regarding WMS looking at ALL. Bally was rumoured to be running the ruler over ALL as well when it was sub $2.
ALL is not sub $2 atm however the sp has been under $2 and is hovering around that level atm.
It was rumoured in 2003 Len had the backing of 2 banks for a reverse T/O and there was also speculation a big player was willing to put some coin into the deal. With AGI's good form of late is this scenario back on the cork board for analysis. Is Len still pondering the thought now that AGI has strung together consecutive positive quarters? No speculation atm only a recent article from QLD journo alluding to a possible tie up.
Another theory could be Bally and AGI team up to take out ALL. Bally gets the US side of ALL and AGI gets the Asia pacific region.
