maybe so, but it's not reflected in the SP... they came in with a massive MAKE CVN GREAT AGAIN mantra, and the SP has gone backwards.
if SP was enough to crucify AC, same applies to these guys!
and from memory, i don't think the acquisition was set in stone, it was just mentioned that they were looking for anything that might boost shareholder value.
much like these guys looking to flog the company and/or assets for shareholder value.
all they've really done different to the old regime is cut costs, but then loaded themselves with freebie stock... so yeah, i don't think they've done that much when compared to the expectations they built up on arrival.
