    If CAPE stick with $1.30 and PCH don't cancel the agreement then the bid is dead in the water.

    True but the price may also increase if there is a thought that Cape is still chasing. Do they have a better offer. What offer is PCH prepared to put to its shareholders. Cape should discuss with PCH what this figure would be.
