    I suspect it may be First Data's Cashcard that is considering swallowing CUS. They have the funds. In terms of the CUS aquisition media speculation is it's taking 100% ownership of the NZ operations. Speculation with insiders knowledge forced CUS to make the announcement and will be interesting to see if there is any further investigation.
