In answer to whther Moss and Clarke going will affect shareprice, my thinking is not. While they have built the model this place has spent a huge amount of money on employing the best (I know, I tried and failed to get a job there).

Now this sort of thing is something all employers say but at MBL I think is true. I know a few people who work there, without fail very smart people who are very well motivated and the place has a very low turnover.

While Moss and Clarke may have put this in place I belive that this sort of workplace culture is rare and not something that just dissappears when two people leave. May companies it is true have key good employees but usually not that many, what strikes me about Maquarie is how many good people they can attract .
