Exactly, I think if you look at any of these three co's in 2-3 years time the prices now are cheap but short term will be volatile.

These guys are all remunerated by the deals they bring to the table and the money they make out of doing it, usually a pretty powerful incentive to do so. Short term interest rates will have an effect but not that much of an effect, markets collapsing would be more of a problem.
