Despite many recent positive announcements, CWEs sp has steadily declined over several months from the last SPP price of 4.2 cents.

Is it a coincidence that the sp is down 20 or 30% on prices that it held for most of the last year or so?

The demise of REH has been known for over six months.

Has the robotic trading and seemingly systematic driving down of the sp in someway been connected to the eventual dispersal of a large tranche of shares at a very low price?

Clever and sophisticated investors may have seen this coming and positioned themselves to take advantage of the opportunity. If that has been the case, I would hope that they would now release the shackles, which should see the sp reflect it's true value.
