I have had a similar experience, was with Macquarie for about 12yrs whilst had head down working an honest job. Realised after GFC losses that they were shonksters...directing investors into companies they had significant holdings in..The Machiavellian principles apply whenever money and greed are involved....Honesty, Integrity, Honour are empty rhetoric best left for the parade grounds of West Point...
