It does have a stink - the share price has been going down. Management were fairly stupid in the way they ran this - pretending that they could pay dividends based on profits which included revaluations of the assets rather than real cashflow.

I think the reason for the share price being down is partly because people don't trust the management not to think of some way of profiting from the problems. Maybe somebody who is a near forced seller is being skinned alive as well?

In my opinion the stink is an opportunity. Somebody actually has thrown their jewelry in the garbage I think.

Stayer - I hope GNC receives some better offer soon, if you are still with them.
