Could be that there are concerns about how the separation of retirement and non retirement could take place? Maybe there are concerns a capital raising will be necessary. Maybe there is a perceived negotiating advantage stemming from a low stock price?

There has incontestably been market manipulation as sadly is ignored by our seemingly neglectful market referees - with Roger the algo throwing away money to push the SP down (there is no real increase in shorting - so that does not appear to be the motive - so the profits must stem from other sources). (At least it will be easy to work out who was behind those trades, if anybody ever cares enough to take any action.)
