I understand your point but normally market prefers growth & future prospects. Look at KAR; they have in hand cash balance of $ 477 million and no debt but Market Capitalization is less than 340 (million).
Dakota Minerals management should come forward and give confidence to market that their Lithium prospects are commercially feasible; immediately that will be good enough.
