Could be.
Pls have a look at its 5 yr weekly chart.
Head is at 60 could be.
left shoulder 75-100 zone.
we could be in the process of forming the right shoulder RIGHT NOW.
Neckline will be in that case as a likely scenario all time hiogh of 213 or so.
If i extend time then i am now lookingat a challenge of all time high before the end of Feb 2020.
oNCE A successful breakout at neckline happens then the projected technical level will be 363 or so.
IMHO.
DYOR.
All possibilities.
It could happen sooner if time lines shrink on the right side and all those levels and patterns are formed in a shorter time frame.
