Thankyou Bringiton,
That is what I am thinking as well, if the market is going to fall, just need to short a few and BHP would be the number one, then maybe MQG. Siver??? Interesting, I always thought Gold.
As with residential property, I am in Melbourne, and hasn't really hit hard over here. I've got a place down at Patterson Lakes, bought her 5 years ago. Thinking of selling her and use the money to buy a residential property over in HongKong instead. AUD is strong at the moment, and HKD is linked to USD, so it's good exchange rate at the moment. Plus when the economy does rebound HongKong would rebound hard.
The reason I am holding SUN and BEN is they are less volatile, I will wait until the 7th of July, as I believe in Robbbbbbb, if this blow off top doesn't come, and we do fall and break support. Then I will join you Bringiton on your quest to short BHP back to $20!!! LOL
Bring it on!!!
P.S. Pete, thanks for keeping an eye on my SUN, yes, she does look 50:50, but if you got time can please give me two reasons why you think SUN is not going to be shinning. More will be even better.
Thank you Bringiton and Pete.
